House notes (not a 40-page terms pack)

These notes cover this website and the little shop at 34820 Mound Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. Michigan law, ordinary English.

This website is a sign on the door, not a store. Prices on the board are what we intend to charge at the counter. Chalk changes. Tax is extra. We may refuse an order that we cannot bake well in the time you have, or that would wreck a pan we have seasoned since 2012. We may close early if we run out of dough. We may tell you to pick up instead of delivering if the weather or the lot is a mess.

Food: we bake to order. If you have an allergy, say it on the phone. We are a small kitchen with flour, dairy, and cured meats in the air. We cannot promise a sterile room. If something is wrong with a pie, call while it is still a pie, not three days later. We will make it right or refund the ticket. We do not owe anyone a second-store coupon because they saw a search ad.

The website text, the crooked painted pie on the door, and the photos we took ourselves belong to the shop. The hero photograph is used under the license printed in its caption (Wikimedia Commons). Do not scrape this site to pretend you are us. Do not copy the family story onto a franchise landing page. We are not affiliated with any regional or national chain; using our pages to imply that we are is a good way to get a letter from someone who is not Donna.

You may link to us. You may quote a short bit with credit. You may not plant malware, run a brute-force toy against the host, or use automated tools to knock the pages over. We can block addresses that do that. The site is provided as-is; if it is down, call the shop, because the oven does not need the internet.

Pickup tickets are held a reasonable time, then we stop babysitting a cooling pan. Delivery, when we offer it, is a courtesy loop near Mound and 15 Mile, not a guaranteed clock. Payment is at the counter or with the driver — not through a form on these pages. If a page looks like it wants a card, you are not on our shop site.

Disputes: talk to us first. If that fails, Michigan courts handling Sterling Heights / Macomb County are the place, not a random arbitration mill. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under Michigan or federal law. Last updated when Sal finally agreed the Sunday hours were noon, not 11:30.
