Privacy, in the same English we use at the counter

This page is for the shop website on jets-pizza-online.com. It is not a bank policy and it is not a chain's legal department.

Who is in charge: Sal and Donna Marchese, doing business as Mound Road Square Pie, 34820 Mound Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. Phone (586) 268-4419. If you want a copy of what we might have about you, call or write. We would rather talk than make you fill a portal.

What this website actually collects

There is no order form, no shopping cart, no checkout, and no place to type a card number. We do not want that data in a browser. If you call the shop, we write a name, a pickup time, and what goes on the pan. That ticket lives in the kitchen, not in a marketing cloud. Server logs (IP address, browser type, time of the request) exist the way they do on most small hostings, so we can see if the site is broken or being abused. We do not sell those logs. We do not build a profile of your pepperoni habits from this website, because the website cannot take the pepperoni order.

Search advertising cookies

The nephews buy small search ads so people in Sterling Heights and Warren can find the shop. When you click one of those ads, the advertising network (often Google) may set its own cookies or similar files to measure whether the click was real and whether the ad was worth the money. That is a cookie about the ad click, not a cookie about your dinner. We do not use that information to follow you around other websites for fun. You can clear cookies in your browser or use the network's ad settings. The shop pages still load either way. Technical cookies that keep the site from falling over may still be set by the host. Those are the dull kind.

California notice (CCPA / CPRA style, in regular words)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to ask what personal information we have, to ask for a copy, to ask us to delete it, to correct it, and to tell us not to sell or share it for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Search-ad measurement run by a network can look like “sharing” under some California definitions even when we never see your name. You can tell us not to do that by calling the shop and saying so, or by using the advertising network's own opt-out. We will not deny you pizza, charge you extra, or give you a worse pan because you asked. We do not use sensitive data from this website to profile you. We do not have an account system here, so “login with Google” is not a thing we offer.

Kids: this is a pizza shop site, not a playground. We do not aim it at children and we do not want children's data. Hosting may be in the United States. Cards, when you pay at the counter, go through the little terminal by the register, not through these pages.
